With the help of my mentor, I was able to change the way how I looked at my own life (until I was in my 30’s) in a very different perspective. When I learned how to master my emotions and take full responsibility for my life, thoughts and actions, I started gaining lot of self-awareness about myself, my triggers, my unhealthy patterns and from where it’s all coming from. I started living the best version of myself now amidst the challenges and people in my life.
