Back in 2014, I was at a point where I needed a complete reset in life. In every single aspect. That’s what kickstarted a journey of self exploration and awakening to myself and the universe.

I love learning and happy to say that I am a life long seeker. And then I love unpacking the goods and learnings that inspire me the most and sharing them with the world!

Since I started out on my journey, various teachers, techniques and modalities have contributed to my growth and evolution to eventually recognize that nothing will change in my life until I really choose it.
