The Woodfire Roasting method and the original recipe for more than 60 years ago still remain the very coffee recipe we are using in New Southern Coffee Powder / Bakery until this very day. Insist on using wood-fire to roast our coffee in order to preserve that earthy and smoky aromatic flavour, even though it is extremely difficult to control the intensity of fire during each of the roasting process.
Fast forward three generations, this recipe has become a staple coffee source for many locals in Malaysia. With the help of customers who love our woodfire roasted coffee, this traditional coffee has been introduced to the UAE in new packaging.
