We specialize in weight loss, body Composition training , fat loss , muscle gain , reversing medical condition  such as DIABETES , BLOOD PRESSURE , PCOD/PCOS , hormonal imbalance , Posture correction  and doing rehab for physical problems.

A little about the owner :

I am a personal trainer based in Dubai .
As a Teenager , I struggled with weight gain . I lost 20kgs on six months with intense cardio , Weight Training and diet .I realized to look and feel healthy, I need to learn and understand my body and fitness better. That’s when I decided to follow my passion and become a personal trainer and make a career helping people understand fitness ,health, lifestyle and reach their goals .
