Sales Executive -Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify potential clients, and generate leads through networking and cold calls.

  • Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver clear and persuasive presentations to potential clients.

  • Contract Negotiation: Help finalize sales deals and ensure agreements comply with company policies.

  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and gather customer feedback to enhance future sales strategies.

Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Organized with excellent time management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
