Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Administration Assistant at eBoutik.a. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including providing administrative support, answering phone calls, maintaining effective communication with team members, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills. This role is located in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in customer service or related field is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
